The Campus Jobs Manager will be responsible for the majority of the employment activity of non-substantive workers at the University, including the full worker life-cycle (recruitment, payment and leaver processes). The Campus Jobs Manager, and their team, provide a professional service to recruiting managers, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment service. The post-holder will have overall line management responsibility for the Campus Jobs team (2.0 FTE)


As the successful candidate, you will have :

  • Excellent communication skills – face to face, written and on the phone.
  • Excellent demonstrable relationship building and influencing skills and experience
  • Experience in an HR and/or Recruitment role – ideally with line management experience
  • Experience of balancing multiple conflicting deadlines and priorities.
