Job Description

The Charlie Waller Institute require administrative support for their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training programmes, along with some support for recruitment and admissions to other areas of the School of Psychology & Clinical Language Sciences.


You will have :

  • Proven administrative and problem-solving skills in complex working environment
  • Ability to provide a high standard of customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently, proactively seeking support and solutions, and as part of a wider team
  • Experience of responding to enquiries and providing advice to a range of stakeholders
