This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in Higher Education and Executive Education Programme Administration, as well as workshop and event management working with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders at Henley Business School.

We are looking for a Programme Administrator to join our team which supports delivery of a wide range of qualification and non-qualification Executive Education Programmes. 

Working with colleague’s responsibilities will include coordinating arrangments for workshops, liaising with Programme Directors/tutors, other departments within Henley Business School and programme members,  producing course material and processing some course related finance.  For qualifacation programmes you will also support students progression following university processes. 

This is a good opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in Higher Education Programme Administratoin with an insight into  workshop/event delivery.  

You will have:

  • An interest in event/workshop management in an Executive Education setting
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A professional manner, positive and flexible approach
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mature and confident
